Important Notice:
In case of any difficulty or problem faced at an Empanelled Hospital by ECHS Beneficiary, the first respondent is Director Regional Centre. Non availability of Beds, Poor services, Negligence, Substandard Treatment, Cash payment sought or any other issue regarding the Hospital to be brought to the notice of Director Regional Centre immediately.

ईसीएचएस लाभार्थी द्वारा सूचीबद्ध अस्पताल में आने वाली किसी भी कठिनाई या समस्या के मामले में, पहला उत्तरदाता निदेशक क्षेत्रीय केंद्र होता है। बिस्तरों की अनुपलब्धता, खराब सेवाएं, लापरवाही, घटिया उपचार, नकद भुगतान की मांग या अस्पताल से संबंधित किसी भी अन्य मुद्दे को तुरंत निदेशक क्षेत्रीय केंद्र के ध्यान में लाया जाना चाहिए।
SELF DECLARATION EXERCISE IS SUSPENDED:
The Self Declaration by Primary Beneficiaries promulgated by previous instructions has been suspended. Forms submitted till 05 Apr 2025 and those which continue to be submitted despite the Suspension will be accepted by OIC PC recorded. All Primary Beneficiaries are once again urged to ensure that their Cards are kept in Safe Custody and not misused. A concerted drive is on to identify misuse of ECHS Cards and those found pawning their ECHS Cards will be prosecuted. Please cooperate and participate by reporting such misuse. Thanks.

पिछले निर्देशों के अनुसार प्राथमिक लाभार्थियों द्वारा स्वघोषणा को निलंबित कर दिया गया है। 05 अप्रैल तक जमा किए गए फॉर्म और निलंबन के बावजूद जमा किए गए फॉर्म ओआईसी पीसी द्वारा स्वीकार किए जाएंगे और रिकॉर्ड किए जाएंगे। सभी प्राथमिक लाभार्थियों से एक बार फिर आग्रह किया जाता है कि वे सुनिश्चित करें कि उनके कार्ड सुरक्षित रखे जाएं और उनका दुरुपयोग न हो। ईसीएचएस कार्ड के दुरुपयोग की पहचान करने के लिए एक ठोस अभियान चलाया जा रहा है और जो लोग अपने ईसीएचएस कार्ड को गिरवी रखते हुए पाए जाएंगे, उनके खिलाफ मुकदमा चलाया जाएगा। कृपया इस तरह के दुरुपयोग की रिपोर्ट करके सहयोग करें और भाग लें। धन्यवाद
Following revised rates have been implemented for printing of 64KB smart cards wef 08 Mar 2024.
* Printing of 64KB fresh smart card : Rs 173.50
* Printing in lieu of old 16/32KB smart card : Rs 131.13
* Printing due to loss of 64KB smart card : Rs 52.05
